Welcome to my website! I’m a Usui Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Tai Chi instructor and Wellness Mentor committed to holistic wellness in South Gloucestershire and Bristol. I help clients from children to adults, release, realign and rejuvenate through Reiki, Sound and other 1:1 modalities, plus have group offerings of sound baths and seasonal Wellness Retreats, focused on self-care and wellness strategies. I also collaborate with local holistic practitioners to offer Event Days, Bespoke Packages and Weekend Wellness Retreats.
